How long is my membership good for?

One year from the date you register. You will be notified 60 days prior to the expiration date so that you have enough time to renew your membership, continue your patronage, receive your new membership card and, most importantly, help to fix and revitalize Michigan. We need your help. So please post any of your ideas, experiences or concerns you have throughout the year. IT’S MY MICHIGAN! Is It YOURS, Protect it and support it.

How and where do I use the It's My Michigan membership card?

Using the "It's My Michigan" Membership Card is the easiest most convenient way to Save Money every time you make a purchase or require a service at thousands of businesses throughout Michigan.

How do I save?

When you make a purchase or require a service from any of the thousands of particapating It's My Michigan businesses, simply show your membership card at check out and you will automatically receive the discount / discounts, that particular business is offering to It's My Michigan members.

Where do I save using the It's My Michigan membership card?

It is very easy to search the thousands of businesses that offer It's My Michigan members special discounts. At the top of all of this websites pages, above the It's My Michigan Logo, you will find a link call "Search Businesses" Simply click on that and you can begin your search by selecting a Category or City by County or Zip code or you can type in what you're looking for. This search component can be used by just choosing one option or a series of of several options.

Are there other ways to search Participating Businesses?

Yes! On the Home page you can search by clicking on the “Search Businesses” link located above the It’s My Michigan Logo, or Click on the “30 most recent Businesses” located under the Logo, just below that you can also search by dragging your mouse over the words “Buy, Vacation, Live and Enjoy Your Michigan” and click on any of the category links that show up in those columns.

How and where do I use the It's My Michigan Prescription card?

Using your "It's My Michigan" Prescription Card is also the easiest most convenient way to Save Money, every time you purchase your prescriptions at your local pharmacy or online.

How do I save?

When you visit your local pharmacy to have a prescription filled, hand the pharmacist your It’s My Michigan Prescription Discount card. The pharmacist will then enter the numbers into their system, which will give them the new discounted price to charge you.
If you experience a difficulty with the pharmacist who may not be familiar with the discount card, asked them to please follow the instructions on the back of the card.

Where can I use the It's My Michigan Prescription Discount card?

The It's My Michigan Prescription Discount Card is good at over 54'000 pharmacies throughout the county. In Michigan the card is accepted at Wallgreens, CVS, Costco, Meijer, Rite Aid, Target, Kmart, Kroger, Walmart and thousand of others.

Can I save money on anything else with this card?

Yes, You can save up to 50% on Lab tests and Imaging. You can also use this card when you purchase prescribed medications from a pharmacy for your pets. That's right, many medications that a veterinarian prescribes for your pet will need to be purchased from a pharmacy, so use your card for those purchases as well.

How can I find the Participating Pharmacies near me?

Simply click on the Discount Prescription link below or on the home page then click on "Click Here To Visit The Full Website" Here you can search medication prices, print additional manufacturer coupons, order online, search pharmacy locations and see how to save even more money on Lab tests and imaging.

Can I look up the discounted prices of medications before I get them?

Yes, This can be accomplished by going to the It’s My Michigan home page and on the right side where it says “Member Benefits” click on “Prescription discounts”, then click on the RX bottle at the bottom of that page and then on “View full Website”. On this page towards the top you will see PHARMACY PRICE SEARCH click on that and on the left side of this page enter your zip code and the name of the prescription. When finished, it will tell you where the closest pharmacies are and which pharmacies have the best price.

How do I sign up for the Heating Discount?

As an "It's My Michigan" member you may take advantage of our Natural Gas Discount Program. This program offers our business and residental members a savings of up to 15% or more off their natural gas bill. It's easy to sign-up and there are No contracts, No Hidden Fees and you stay with your same provider. The only differance is a lower bill.

How do I save?

Once you become a member, get a copy of your most recent gas bill and login to the “It’s My Michigan” website. Click on “Heating Discount” at the bottom of that page, you will have a choice of “Home, Business or Friend” Choose the appropriate link and a short form will appear. Complete the short form, enter the security code and click on the “Submit” button. At this point a more detailed form will appear, complete all the required information and at the bottom click “Submit” and that’s it.

Why is there a Choice of "Home, Business or Friend?

As an It’s My Michigan member we extend this special savings to your business, family members or even your friends. All you need to do is have them give you a copy of their gas bill and complete the forms for each location. .

How and do I use the Coupon Center?

Using the "It's My Michigan" Convenient Coupon Center is as easy as "Choose, Check and Print".
It is the most convenient way to Save Money when your going grocery shopping or purchasing houseware or cleaning products. You can also save BIG with our online shopping coupon codes.

How do I save?

The best way to get the most out of our Coupon center is to search it at least twice a week. There are several manufactures who post coupons; some post their coupons twice a week and expire by the following weekend. When you’re searching through the coupon center, there is a check box on the upper left corner of the coupons, simply click on it to check it if you want to print that coupon. Continue choosing all the coupons you wish to print and when you’re finished simply click “Print Coupons” and it will print 3 coupons per page. Cut out each coupon and your ready to shop and save.

Where can I use the It's My Michigan Coupons?

You can use the It's My Michigan coupons at any grocery, department, hardware, auto or party store that accepts manufacturer coupons.

Can I save money on anything else in the coupon center?

Yes you can, When you’re in the coupon center, click on “Coupon Codes” here you can shop on line and get great savings on everything and anything. You will save on purchases from stores like Target, Best Buy, HP, Kohl's, Overstock.com, Orbitz, Macy’s, Apple Store, Walmart, Kmart, 24 fitness, Dell and many many more.

If I e-mail information to you, who will read it and will it be confidential?

First of all, only It’s My Michigan staff will read and respond to the e-mails. If you request that your identity be confidential, we will honor that. Be sure to start your letter with “Confidentially Speaking,” All information we receive will be used to help strengthen our presentation to the State of Michigan as long as we can verify its' accuracy.

What makes you think It’s My Michigan can change anything?

Alone, we can’t. We need “sick and tired," concerned and “it’s about time," Michigan residents and voters. We need Michigan "what can we do to help” businesses. We need Michigan residents and businesses to say together, “We want change and we want it now.” Along with the help of your e-mails regarding problems, concerns and unjust experiences, we will present these issues to our State Government, demanding change. By doing so, we will attract Michigan and, eventually, National news. Along with you, the residents and voters, together we can make a huge impact and positive changes will follow. If we don’t do something now, at the rate things are going, it won't matter who you are... what nationality, religion, race... if you are rich or poor...if this is not corrected soon, we will all be deeply effected...everyone, everywhere.
