Members, Please Login, To Access The Referral Entry Form Return to Entry Form Throughout the year, Michigan members will automatically have a chance to win DINNER for two, WEEKEND getaways, 18-HOLES of golf for two and much more. "It's My Michigan" will conduct random drawings using your membership ID number located on the front of your membership card. your membership ID number will be applied to all your entries during each drawing. Members chosen to receive gifts will be notified by e-mail or standard mail, winners will receive their gifts within 15 days of winners reply to acknowledgment and consent letter. Winners names, cities or towns will be posted on this site, names posted can be restricted to first name only, if requested by winner in response to our e-mail or standard mail. Winners will be asked to make a comment about their prize and their experience on our sound off page. Gifts and drawings will be posted on the win win win page, winners will be posted on the home page.

“It’s My Michigan” Free Giveaway Official Rules. Giveaway drawings are open to legal U.S. Michigan residents and or
businesses who are “It’s My Michigan” members.
Must be 18 years of age or older.

1. TO ENTER: our giveaway drawings which begins 12:00:01 AM ET on dates that will be announced per drawing and ends 11:59:59 PM ET on announced drawing date ("Promotion Period"). There are eight ways to enter: (1) You will earn 10 entries for each time you post a comment, up to a maximum of 3 per day, entries resulting from additional comment postings are automatically void. Declined for inappropriate comments or incomplete postings will not qualify. (2) You will earn 10 entries by simply registering and then posting a legitimate ad on our classified section at: www.itsmymichigan/classified.com. ( Limit of 3 classified ads per day ) (3) You will earn 30 entries by casting your vote on the three subject posted or, 10 entries per vote. ( You may only vote 1 time per subject ). (4) You will earn 50 entries for signing up and creating your own website and or switching your existing website over to our GO GREEN “Its My Michigan web hosting services. ( For switching over your existing or creating a new website you will automatically have 50 entries in all of our giveaway drawings for as long as you’re an “It’s My Michigan” member and maintain an “It’s My Michigan” web hosting account ). No mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. (5) You will earn 10 entries by referring friends, family or businesses who may become an “It’s My Michigan” member and or “It’s My Michigan” business participant member. You will receive 10 entries into the giveaway by simply emailing the name, addresses and emails of your friends, families or business owners to:

or entering yours and their information in the form below. Your friend, family or business owner will be sent an email asking him/her to become an “It’s My Michigan” member. For each friend, family member or business that subsequently completes and submits their membership application and payment you will receive 50 entries into the give away drawing.. Due to privacy reasons, you will not be notified which, if any, of your referrals submit applications and became an “It’s My Michigan” member. You should only submit referrals for those persons with whom you have either personal or professional relationships that you feel would be interested in hearing about the “It’s My Michigan” membership program. Should you have the email forwarded to persons other than as stated, you may be disqualified. Further, submit only one email address for any one person. (6) New members will receive an automatic 50 entries for the giveaway drawings that is being held following the giveaway month of the enrollment. “It’s My Michigan” will not sell, disclose or share with any third party the email addresses you provided, except to the extent that it may share the email addresses on a strictly confidential basis with any service provider which assists us in forwarding such e-mails on behalf of “It’s My Michigan” LLC (7) You may have the opportunity to earn bonus entries in selected weeks during the Promotion Period. Check the “It’s My Michigan” website at www.itsmymichigan.com for updates on selected bonus entry methods and the months in which the bonus entries will be applicable. Your total number of entries earned for each drawing will not be carried forward for all subsequent drawings (if any) other than the entries obtained from the website hosting or maintaining of a website with “It’s My Michigan” web hosting service. Drawing periods will allow 30 days for members to add as many entries as they can, with drawings begining on the 1st or 15th and ending 30 days later.
2. GIVEAWAY DRAWINGS APPROXIMATE ODDS OF WINNING EACH MONTH: Odds of winning depend on the cumulative number of eligible entries received from all combined methods of entry by each deadline date.
3. DRAWINGS: One Grand Giveaway Prize winner will be randomly selected for each of the random drawings from among all cumulative eligible entries received by each monthly deadline date from all combined methods of entry. Drawings will be conducted on the announced date by submitting all entries and removing one winner at a time beginning with the grand prize winner than second and third prize winner. The chosen winners through this process are final on all matters relating to this drawing.
4. GENERAL RULES: All prizes will be awarded and winners notified by express mail or email. Winners will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity release within fourteen (14) days of notification attempt or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing. Winners must be “It’s My Michigan” members in order to receive their prize. Prizes are not transferable. Participants agree to hold Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates and agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from all liability or damage, losses or injury to person or property resulting from or incurred in connection with their acceptance, forfeiture or use of any prize or their participation in the Giveaway drawings. All taxes related to the Prizes are the sole responsibility of the individual winners. No responsibility is assumed for lost, damaged, misplaced, misdirected, unintelligible, illegible or late entries or delays or inaccuracies in processing membership card because of computer error or malfunction. Acceptance of Prize constitutes permission to use winners’ names, photographs, likenesses and geographical data for advertising and promotional purposes in any media throughout the world, without further notice, right of review or approval or compensation except where prohibited by law. Under no circumstances should entrants give their credit card account number, or any information regarding their account, over the phone in connection with this Giveaway. By entering this Giveaway, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or website; violates the Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or annoys abuses, threatens or harasses any other person. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the online portion of the promotion if it becomes technically corrupted, and award prizes from eligible online entries received prior to cancellation and all other eligible entries received.
5. ELIGIBILITY: Giveaway’s are open to legal U.S. Michigan residents who are, as of the date of their entry, 18 years of age or older and a business or residential member of “It’s My Michigan”. Employees and their immediate families (spouse and parents, children and siblings and their spouses) and members of their households of “It’s My Michigan LLC. Its My Michigan Web Host and or It’s My Michigan classifieds, their divisions or subsidiaries, parent companies, any company who processes transactions and/or maintains account information for the “It’s My Michigan” groups or their advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to win. This offer is void where prohibited, and subject to all federal, state and local laws.
6. WINNERS LIST: For the names of winners and their prizes a list will be available after each drawing and will be posted on the “It’s My Michigan” website HOME page. For an entire list of all drawings and winners throughout the year it will be posted on the WIN WIN WIN page.
